6月28日上午，應海南合美藥業(yè)董事長的邀請，海大源資深人力資源管理專家再次來到合美藥業(yè)，對該公司來自全國各地的80余位高層經(jīng)理進行了題為《態(tài)度決定一切》的專題培訓。合美藥業(yè)與海大源建立了長遠的合作關(guān)系。此前，鄭教授曾成功的為海南合美藥業(yè)公司做了主題為《有效溝通》的培訓，并受到了公司員工的熱烈歡迎和一致好評。
與上次培訓相比，本次培訓參與人數(shù)更多，培訓內(nèi)容更為豐富。本次培訓共分為3講，陽光心態(tài)、認識態(tài)度以及更新你的態(tài)度。鄭教授通過九人過橋的故事引出了陽光心態(tài)的重要性。指出良好的心態(tài)影響個人、家庭、團隊、組織，最后影響社會。好的心態(tài)讓你成功，壞的心態(tài)毀滅你自己。而后講解了態(tài)度的含義以及陽光心態(tài)的重要性，最后提出了改變心態(tài)的六個工具。
鄭老師的語言生動風趣，富于激情，感染力極強。培訓過程中貫穿了分組討論、心里測驗、互動游戲、以及舉例等生動活潑的方式，培訓氣氛十分活躍，使得學員收到了良好的學習效果，合美藥業(yè)董事長表示期待與海大源下一次的愉快合作。
